- Private residence Clifton Village, Bristol
- Complete renovation of pub and letting rooms in Benson, Oxford
- Refurbishing the The Methuen Hotel in Corsham, ground floor trading areas plus bedrooms
- In Hammersmith, we are doing a refurbishment of a penthouse apartment – a full bathroom re-design, various electrical works and decoration
- In Fulham, we have a 60 sq meters of roof terrace to re-fit electric points, flooring/re-design the whole decks
- The construction of 2no high end town houses in the center of Bristol with basement cinema
